Great views worth the small walk out there. Says it’s closed but it’s open and functional.

Walking

With all the stunning views in Bryce, I can't really say this one was particularly memorable. Rainbow Point across the parking was slightly nicer, while Inspiration Point was by far the best. That said, may as well take the quick detour to the point as long as you're at the end of the scenic drive

Nature tripsGreat!

Rainbow Point, Yovimpa Point, and Bristlecone Loop are about points in Bryce Canyon that allow u to see nature and geology of Bryce Canyon from the highest points in the canyon. It is not about hiking, walking, running or any other activity that u can think of except mother nature's creation. It is about a place not how u get to that place or how many burned trees do u see or how many miles do u walk... It is about elevation where one can see the canyon and the surrounding, for hundreds of miles in all directions. It is so sad to see so many confused soles who do not see that reality but certainly a blessing to a few lucky individuals who will be astonished with appreciation for such a magnificent creation unlike any other on this Blue Planet. Missing these points are really the same as missing the whole Bryce Canyon. Must see points, guaranteed.

I absolutely loves everything about this trail- mostly I was pretty much alone! It’s beautiful when you turn a corner and am surrounded by canyon.

Scenic driving

Not really a trail, just walking around the viewpoint at the southernmost end of the park. We drive to the end of the parks and stop at the pullouts on the way back.

This is a short jaunt on a paved path to an impressive viewpoint. If you want an easy walk, this is a pleasant one.

hands down the second best, underrated viewpoint in Bryce Canyon NP, after Paria View - visitors often miss Yovimpa in a rush to see Rainbow Point, but they're BOTH great

Very easy walk. A great viewpoint with vistas far to the south. From here, you can see Navajo Mountain, the Zion area, and a ton of beautiful surrounding country. Worth the long walk.
