Steady incline through out the hike. We didn’t get through it the entire hike, we only got half way through it, we started late in the day and had to get back for a prior engagement. The first mile of the trail was pretty exposed to the sun but there after there were trees along the path and had some shade for the following couple of miles. The scenery was pretty and parts green but parts were really dry. The nice thing about it too was we got listen to the creek/stream next to the trail on and off. In the shadier part of the trail we crossed next to the river and there were tons of butterflies, which made it a phenomenal passing. It was a nice hike.
