Gorgeous, easy trail. It has my favorite views in Island in the Sky.

Amazing trail with one of the best payoffs I've ever seen. Easy hike with minimal elevation change. Spectacular views.

Hands down the best hike we did. Amazing views - definitely the best we saw. The trail was very easy and well marked. It begins at the marked picnic area (there isn’t a sign for it from the road). This trail is a must if you are in this part of the park.

Straight up the highlight of this park. Easy with incredible pay off views

what a sweet little ‘hidden’ gem in the park. we’ve been here a few times and only ran into a few people. It’s a pretty easy, flat’ish trail - until the very end haha. then it gets really sketchy. the hike along the cliff’y peninsula is worth it. It’s like a private ‘mini grand viewpoint’

Amazing views with very little foot traffic! It’s not well advertised so it avoids the crowding other trails have.

Very nice hike! We saw 3 people in our way and they were not with us when we were at the highlights. It was a great hike!

Very easy trail with amazing panoramic views at the end. All of the small view points and Mesa Arch were packed, but we didn't run into anyone else on this trail. I would definitely recommend it for a short easy hike.

This was a great overlook! The views during sunset are amazing. This was more of a walk than a hike.

This is a great choice for an easy hike out to a great view of White Rim. The ranger said it's just as good as Grandview but with less people. As others have said, the turn off isn't actually marked as a trailhead, just a picnic area. The Canyonlands estimates this as taking 1.5 hours. That is widely over. I'd say 45 minutes.

Cool enough, you can see the payoff view about .2 miles just to the side of the trail. Easy walk, good to go once, wouldn’t go out of my way to do it again.

Great views at the end of towers and buttes from rocks perched over the canyon.

One of my favorite hikes of all time in any park. Did this late in the day on Saturday, May 18th. The plant life, the rocks, the views on the rim. Everything was fantastic. What made it even more special was that we were the only ones on the trail.

Beautiful cool day. Amazing wildflowers in bloom. Views in all directions at the end of the trail.

A nice walk to a great, yet quiet viewpoint. Given how busy the Grand Viewpoint or Mesa Arch were, it was hard to believe that we were here completely alone. Definitely recommended!

The second hike one should take when limited on time. Mostly flat with some slight ups and downs, but the views into the Canyon are out of this world, especially the “dinosaur claw” gouge in the Canyon floor!! No shade so have water and a hat.

Gorgeous views! If you hike it early (we started around 7am) you will be the only ones on the trail for a bout an hour or so. Enjoyed an early lunch at the end of the trail at the overlook. Definitely worth it!

Two inches of snow made the trail completely vacant and so quiet; solace and solitude. Nice payoff at end.
