Not much of a hike, just a simple walk around the lake, lots of cow poop and had to pay $10.

Short, easy walk around the lake. Tony Grove is the absolute best place to camp, so do it if you get the chance!

This is a great hike for little kids. I took my 5 year old and he had a blast. We took our time, brakes, explored a little and made the loop in about an hour.

Wonderful hike along the lake. Still a bunch of wildflowers in August. Took my mother and father in laws that don’t hike and they loved it.

The wildflowers around this lake will blow your mind right now! This was our first time at Tony Grove, and it surpassed our high expectations for beauty, the amazing trail with interesting signs (the area used to be part of the Pacific Ocean!), and the sweet picnic spots. We got there early on a Wednesday, and by noon it was packed with people. Packed!!! Though we brought our poles and casually cast as we walked around the lake, I’m super pumped to fish here in earnest. The water is deep and crystal clear. They stock the lake often, and I bet there are some real trout beauties out there in the depths. Did a drive through of the campground. It’s nice but only has a few spots with with a view of the lake, nothing really close. I think we’ll come back in the fall when the weather is cooler and the crowds have hopefully died down.

Quick little walk as a warmup for White Pine Lake trail. Be sure to pay the $10. fee as you enter the parking area. Stunning wild flowers everywhere and great picnic areas near the pond

Did this quick stroll around the lake after climbing to Naomi Peak. Really nice. Spectacular wildflowers everywhere and great views of the local area. No bugs at all. By 10:30 AM it looked like the entire population of Cache Valley was looking for parking, so come early, at least on the weekend.

This California crew loved having snowball fight in July. You do have to pay for parking and we never saw it and had to pay a ticket.

Loved the trail with our family and little kids. Was unaware of a 10$ fee at a table before you go in. Cash only and no change back- was disappointed it wasn’t posted anywhere.

So pretty! There was one little patch of snow on the trail and some snow off to the side that my family climbed on. There were a lot of kayakers and not a lot of parking. It was fairly warm but I imagine it could get a lot colder... Beautiful scenery though!!

Really easy nature walk with pretty views. Still had snow on parts of the trail and was a little chilly as of mid-June so I would definitely recommend dressing accordingly but it was definitely worth it!

Great, easy hike. Still snowy and pretty muddy, so be aware of that. I was in chacos and was fine.

It was a lovely place for an easy June hike. Snow and mud still on the trail. Be prepared with a jacket and some slippery/snowy footing if you plan to walk around the lake. We just had regular sneakers though and we were fine. Just a little damp.
