Easy hike that leads you to a spot where you get a great shot of the valley. I was quite surprised by how great the view was

This is a very demanding uphill trail, the first mile will beat you down.
Take it slow and bring water.

This trail leads to a great viewpoint that lets you see down both sides of the canyon. Yes, you can see some of the buildings and roads of Zion, but you still have a great view of the canyon walls.

Great views of the Zion Canyon. We decided to do this trail when we were unable to drive North to the majority of the park. Great for young kids, gains some elevation but nothing too strenuous. Great end view.

Busy trail but very easy to get to from the visitor center. Not strenuous. Some shade. Views at end up and down the canyon were beautiful

Nice that it wasn’t crowded, but leads to a view of the civilized part of Zion like roads, buildings, and buses.

I loved this hike. It was a relatively easy hike for us with great views!

Loved this hike. Harder, and less crowded than Emerald Pools Hike which I also reviewed. Great views from the top. This hike leaves from the Zion Visitor Center (so you are in the park and you have paid your $30 or whatever it is per car load). Zion is amazing.

A decent hike with great views. There are some steady uphill bits, but because the hike is shorter, it's totally manageable for all activity levels. What I loved about this one is that it's on the south side of the park and completely different views than Observation Point and Angel's Landing.

you can access the trail behind the visitor's center-- go in the direction of the river and turn right (pass the zion shuttle line) so the river is on your left side. you'll see the signs for pa'rus and watchman trails (you'll pass pa'rus first and cross the street for watchman). good hike that takes ~2 hrs, ending with views of lower zion canyon, oak creek canyon and the town of springdale. it extends to a loop trail but didn't have enough time to venture out as sunset was nearing so i went out back the way i came.

This is a fairly easy hike with an amazing view at the top. We started around 8 am so the sun was just coming up over the mountains and we had shade almost the entire hike. I highly recommend doing this early in the day or later as the sun is setting to keep out of the heat.

Impressive views from the top, but very limited shade on the way up. Our 5 and 7-year-olds hiked it, too.

Not a bad hike as far as difficulty and availability, but not the best for scenery. I would have rated it lower but it's a quick hike you can get to from the campgrounds. First part was a little steep but flatens out and is more gradual. Made it up in 30 min and down in 13, but I was pushing.

Perfect for watching a sunset...or a thunderstorm roll in

This is a really active trail with a couple of switchbacks and steep climbing up. I caught the trail head by the Watchman camp site. My family and I went around 8AM to beat the summer heat.
