Backcountry route to the summit of Peak 6531. Three distinct peaks can be reached from this out and back hike. Most peaks in Zion National Park have received nicknames over the years but few have found their way onto official maps. Peak 6531 is also known as "The Triplets" on Peakbagger.com and other websites. This backcountry route is a beautiful half day hike to the highest of these peaks. The other two peaks can be reached from the same saddle with little additional scrambling. GPS track can be downloaded from Other Resources under "Trip Report".

Short hike that winds up a Canyon and navigates three connected peaks on Zion's East Rim. The peaks are technical but getting to them is just a good climb. I'm a hiker so I did not make the last couple of yards but could see how someone with a better climbing skill level could scale each of the three peaks. Great hike and good fun. The final climb has a lot of sand and can be slippery so ensure your footing.

Beautiful out and back hike with the opportunity to bag 3 peaks. What a great way to spend the afternoon.
