This part of an extensive network of trails within the Swaner Nature Preserve in Park City and surrounding area. There are a variety of places to access the trail network and you can do loops that are relatively short or very long. The trails I have been on are very well-constructed and easy to use. The area is heavily used by mountain bikers and trail runners, as well as hikers. I usually just go up to the "summit" off of the Glenwild Loop (see the X in the center of the map). The trailhead off of Glenwild Dr. has a reasonable amount of parking, restrooms, maps and water. Not a wilderness experience, but a nice setting for a stroll and it is clear of snow earlier than other places.
