The pass is between Scott Hill and Tri-County Peak. It borders the Park City Mountain Ski Resort. This pass was used as an alternative route into Big Cottonwood Canyon, before the road up Big Cottonwood was well developed.

Fantastic views of Brighton and Park City along the Wasatch crest trail. Mix of dirt double track and single track and not too steep. Parking at base on NF 029; parking is limited .

Nice day; started at Brighton and made my way up and back. Only the smallest amount of snow over the trail. Still some pretty snowfields, cornices to look at.
