We were looking for some easy off road with our Jeep and this was too easy. Basically a fire road.

Sand Flats Road is an access road in Moab. The well graded trail goes to the Sand Flats Recreationn Area which has a toll booth, as well as campgrounds, famous bike or Jeep trails. We used it as a short cut to get to the La Sal Mountain Road. We were Jeeping to Geyser Pass. The trail was easy and had little traffic.
