A short hike from the Rochester Panel parking lot along a ridge to a great rock art site.

Short fairly easy trail to a couple impressive petroglyph panels. Fairly rocky in a few spots. No shade. Bring water.

Easy short trail, beautiful large rocks, trailhead is marked once you are on County Road 801.

My daughter and I went on this short, but amazing hike. The road to the trail head is a well posted and groomed gravel road. The hike itself was easy. Passed 6 other people hiking out. The trail is well marked, a little muddy in spots from melting snow. Interesting rock formations along the way. The large art panel is fascinating, fun trying to interpret. Explore around the corners of rocks and discover even more. I recorded the trail on my way in only.

Large panel. A few small ones if you wonder around. Kids had fun looking for them. Easy trail.

I would say this was easier than moderate. My 7 and 4 year old boys did it without trouble as it was less than a mile round trip. They loved climbing the rocks at the end and thought the rock art was cool. Such a great little hike with a great reward at the end!

This was a great little hike with amazing native rock writings at the end. I loved ho close we could get to the writings. Pretty drive to the park

This is an Indian Rock art site on a ridge above Muddy Creek. The trail is fairly level, but has a few narrow places. Well worth the hike.
