We hike this on April 26 and saw maybe 6 other people the whole way. Very peaceful trail with nice views. We visited as a side trip from Bryce Canyon. The "Cool Cave" was interesting to see and the view from Panorama Point is quite nice. Nothing quite as spectacular as Bryce Canyon, but a very nice way to spend the day. We also visited the Willis Creek Trail on the way back, and this was an interesting hike along the river into slot canyons. Doing both of these hikes was a good way to spend a day.

We experienced this trail via horseback. The trail was nice. The views were phenomenal. We would definitely do it again but by foot next time. The horseback riding company people were super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to see all the highlights of the trail from a different view since were up a bit higher while ridding the horses at a nice slow pace. We didn’t see anyone on the trail while we rode the horse.

Beautiful, diverse, uncrowded, and dog-friendly. What else can one ask for?!

Revisit from February. No mud or snow to slog through this time. Great trail but missed the water fall in cool Cave. Hikes at the break of dawn while it was still cool. No one on the trail.

This is a great loop is you have the time. Stopped at all of the high points. We took our time and spent 3 hours and 20 minutes to hike the entire loop. We stopped and enjoyed many features on the trail. Cool Cave was the best. This time of year with all of the snow not only is there a small waterfall in the cave but the snow melt had hundreds of drops of water coming down from above. Because of the banner year of snow we hiked through a lot of snow in the shady areas and a lot of mud where the sun had melted the snow. My boots were the muddiest that I've ever had. Don't let the mud or snow stop you we saw only 1 person with a dog the entire hike and sure beats hiking in the hot summer sun. Lots or other great looking hikes in the area and could spend 2-3 days to hike them all.

Enjoyed the trail with our German Shepherd Dog. Nothing to technical for us beginners. Not much shade once the sun rises higher but our early start gave us some as needed to rest our dog. Much of the trail has a center rut from bikes and horses but it is quite manageable. Really enjoyed the lack of people to work around. We saw just a few and that was pleasant.
