The Cottonwood Loop ride begins from Marysvale City Park. First, head up the north slope of Cottonwood Canyon. There are spectacular views from 10,000+ feet, including a secluded waterfall. Then head down into on to Miner’s Park, a restored mining district, with walking tours and restrooms, old mining camps and operations. After that, a beautiful drive down Bullion Ave then back out at Hwy 89, cross the hwy and back to Marysvale. The next part which is called The Couples' Special ride begins at the Marysvale City Park. Go north on #02 to Trail 24 and then on #22 to #74 took us to Hoover’s Café. The route then takes you up beautiful Deer Creek Canyon along trail #74 to the main Paiute #01 trail, then down into a steep descent where we saw the devastation of last year's fires. Grab lunch at Rose Ranch, across from the Fremont Indian Park, where you can see ancient petroglyphs and pictographs carved/painted into the cliff faces. The ride then doubles back along the #01 and back down into Marysvale.
