Fun overnight backpacking trip. Early in the season is best before the cows are let loose on the mountain. This is a a motorcycle trail as well so choosing to go mid week will greatly reduce the chance of running in to motorized vehicles. Lots of ups and downs. Mostly good trail but there are some steep, rocky sections. This is a beautiful backcountry hike with streams, springs and wildlife.
