We came here for a sunrise in March. It is an quick and accessible trail with quite a bit of parking. It was swamped at 7:15 am, and people had clearly been camping out with tripods for some time. We did not bother to get close to the Arch for this reason. The view was gorgeous (but there are equally beautiful things to be seen in Canyonlands), and it was neat to see the sun peaking over the mountains, but annoyingly crowded. We left quickly. No regrets though, just not for us!

Great view of snowy mountains behind an arch perched on the edge of a massive canyon. Worth every step. For pictures and information about this trail and more follow me on Instagram @nathan_vanengen

Very nice to see sunrise and had to drive through some fog but oh so very worth it. Be prepared for photographers to be about—- that should tell you the majestic views you will experience!

Here during the off season. Was first here followed by a photographer shortly after. Got pretty crowded at sunrise. I guess dogs aren’t allowed here. A fellow had his service dog with him, and a woman began to badger him about it as soon as she arrived to the scene. Even going as far to ask his disability. Other rude folks about. Got outta there ASAP.

Great lookout to see a huge arch up close. It looks deceivingly smaller in pictures so if you have the chance I’d stop here. Nice views as well.

Nice little walk to a world class arch!

Beautiful arch. Don’t be that person that walks across despite the signs and gives attitude to the staff for asking you to get off. Let’s try to protect these places!

Easily the most popular trail at the Canyonlands. I think this is my favorite spot for a sunset not on the Pacific Ocean that I have ever been in my life.

An easy trail assuming no snow/ice. Only certain sections were a little bad but no worry. Just go slow and pick your steps. Great views and hardly anyone there.

(Murphy,Green River..) Mais inévitable malgré tout!
