Great trail!! Uphill climb for the majority of the way in to the lake but it was worth it for the end. Coming back was super easy! I tracked 1.8 miles in.

Rocky is spots but was a great challenge. took the dog with me and got to see the beauty that Utah has to offer. I'm an over the road trucker and took my bobtail in the ranger station parking lot and paid 6 bucks for a day pass. 10/10 will hike again

Easy climb crossing a couple of OHV trails. The trail takes you to the lake and avoids a couple of places where OHV,s park.

Great trail. Not hard but not too easy either. Hiked this with my 3 kids (14, 11, 6) and husband. The lake was beautiful and secluded. We saw a lot of dragon flies around the lake. It was nice to find a trail that wasn’t super busy. It was a great way to spend our Sunday.

This trail was beautiful. I feel like it’s appropriately labeled as moderate, especially with kids in tow. We had a group of 17, (with 11 kids under 10 years old- 3 babies in carriers) and it was challenging for those not used to the altitude and elevation. We had a picnic lunch at the top and in all it took us about 3 hours to go up and back. Would definitely recommend, but it took us longer than the estimated time showed due to having little kids.

Great little hike! Very easy, kid friendly. Lots of wild flowers are in bloom. A few trees were down blocking the trail. I assume it's from from recent storms.

Easy trail, about 3 miles out and back with 500 foot elevation gain. Trail is mostly dry now thanks to unseasonably warm weather. Beautiful view of Lily Lake with Mt Beulah in the background once you reach the top. Keep your eyes open at the lake for muskrat and porcupine. Moose frequently use this trail to get to the lake. Be sure to check out the tie-hack shack exhibit at the start of the trail.

Hiked this with five kids, ages 2-14, and had a blast. Glad we brought the ponchos because we got rained on!

This trail is more easy than moderate. Elevation gain isn't terrible, & its mostly shaded until you get to the actual lake. Sees minimal foot traffic.
