Two mile out and back easy trail over well-maintained path to huge spanning arch known as the Landscape Arch in Arches National Park.
Hiked Landscape Arch today in the snow. Great hike, we did have micro spikes which I would not do without.
Quick hike, mostly paved, no scrambling. Really impressive arch. See it while you still can!
Be *very* careful if you're going to go this time of year. From the parking lot to the arch, the majority of the trail is covered in ice. It too much longer than expected, and I fell, even going at a slow pace. If the paths had been clear, it would have been easy. However, the ice makes it rough. If your body can't handle an accidental fall, I'd think twice about going. If you decide to, try to stay on the snowy/clear areas as much as ya can.

Hiked on 1/23. Amazing hike. Personally enjoyed this one more than the Delicate Arch; a lot more to see along the way. The trail was very icy, but super fun to hike on if you have micro pikes; that would allow you to enjoy and awe the spectacular structures of the arches. Love the view of arches being covered by snow, it was truly amazing. Glad we came in winter. The day was around 35F, very comfortable under sun, and a little chilly if in the shadow and windy, but it was definitely more enjoyable comparing to a 110F sunny day (at least to us, we were from Michigan lol.)
Amazing arch, definitely worth the hike to view it!
Nice and easy with kids and good features along the way. Be sure to see pine tree arch on side trail
I think this is my favorite. Of course, doing the whole circuit is worth it.
Nice walk at a nice arch - lots of options to extend
Nice hike, especially if you have kids and want something that feels like a hike without being too difficult. Landscape arch is HUGE.
Trail is easy as pie, no poles or even hiking boots required. Flat, quick out and back, lighting is best before noon for photos.
Lovely little walk to the landscape arch. This is also the trailhead for devil's garden primitive loop. This section is super accessible to anyone with a few slopes. Work the walk.
Ayaka A.
easy
there are other trails at the fork in the beginning that are worth doing as well, this was an amazing arch to see in person even at dusk, wanted to continue but the daylight gave out, will definitely do again to trek further
do not skip pine tree
nice easy trail, nice arch , well used as it is the main trail when you first start off , early in the day in summer is best for this hike. A hike for the whole family .
Beautiful and the weather was HOT.
make sure to visit this one because it will eventually collapse in years. At least that's what rangers told us.
Beautiful but HOT! (it is Arches after all! ) we arrived after noon after having completed the primitive trail around north and south windows. Hiked with our 3 year old in her pack on dad's back, and our 7,12 and 15 year olds. Definitely going back to do the primitive trail and the entire Devil's loop.
Highly trafficked, but fighting the crowds are worth the payoff of seeing delicate arch. Not sure how much longer it will exist before it finally collapses..
You reach Landscape Arch right after you get to the sand and it is a sight to see! There are some smaller arches on the way and if you want to scramble up some of the rock fins, the trail continues.
Easy trail with a great arch at the end. Good trail to do before breakfast (and crowds).
Great, great hike that's super easy. If you continue up the trail and climb the lookout rock, you can get some beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. Favorite hike in the park.
The arch is magnificent - no doubt about it. But the walk to get there is somewhat underwhelming and the crowds were insane. If you’re dying to check this one off your list, go very early in the day or off-season.
Lovely
Quick hike to a cool arch!
Easy family friendly
Easy hike. My favorite arch of all time!
Beautiful!
We did this hike in 30 min. Cool photo of Rick actually breaking off.
Gorgeous views from this trail to one of the longest arches in the world. The footing is very easy except for a little section right before the arch, but most people should be able to handle it easily. See it before it falls! Tunnel Arch and Pine Tree Arch are easy side trails to some cool natural wonders. Gotta do those while you’re at it! This would have been a 5, but the crowds are crazy!
Did this last October including the primitive loop. The main trail is nice (super easy tourist trail) but adding the primitive loop was sooo fun. It had rained during the early morning so some parts were pretty slippery making it a great little adventure. The scenery changes and color was fabulous.
