Interlaken Trail is a 2.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Heber City, Utah that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. Not sure why it's rated moderate. It's an easy hike. The trail is pretty and the first part runs along a neighborhood. There are a couple of places where the trail splits but it isn't marked to tell you which direction you're supposed to take. I don't know if it all loops back together but it seems like it might be easy to get lost if you don't have a good sense of direction.
