This is a Multi-day trip for those wanting a point to point hike. By starting at the Highline trail-head which is 10,400 ft you end up at Moon Lake which is 8,200 ft. This trail takes you over Rocky Sea Pass 10,275 ft then along the Upper Rock Creek Basin. The trail then takes you over a ridge into the Lake Fork Basin before descending to Moon Lake

Hiked this as part of a 50 miles with some scouts. Other than the climb up Rocky Pass after camping at Carolyn Lake its a easy hike the rest of the way to Moon Lake.
