Nice easy trail, everywhere in Zion is scenic, if your not in great shape this is a trail most people can easily do.

Walking trail. Skip a shuttle stop and walk 30 minutes between grotto and lodge.

We walked on part of this trail overlooking the river below and it was really nice. We went from Emerald Pools to the Grotto on this trail. Nice little walk.

nothing really to see that you don't see from the road. It's just a regular walking trail

fun trail to walk but not very spectacular.

It's really just a walk between the Grotto and the Zion Lodge. I used it as a cool down walk after coming down from the Hidden Canyon Trail. I'd skip it and take the shuttle unless you just prefer to walk.

Nice easy trail with good views. Not a long trail but good addition to the Emerald Pool trails. Cools slot canyon that gives you a hint of what's to come if you plan to see the Narrows.

More like a stroll than a trail... nice little stroll between crowded shuttle stops great picnic area and you may find yourself all alone. Even during this crowed spring break.

Did this last year with a friend and her little ones. Short and easy.

A short, easy and level trail along the valley floor between the Lodge and the Grotto picnic area. It passes through a pretty wooded meadow. It is great for spotting wildlife. You can take the trail to connect to the West Rim/Angels Landing Trails or the Kayenta Trail for a nice loop to the Emerald Pools.

Gorgeous views!

Pretty much the most boring trail in Zion. Only waste your time if you're paring it with another trail.

Took this little jaunt after Angel's landing to the park lodge. I suggest rather than the bus as it is a nice way to wind down and makes the beer even more refreshing. It is pretty and we saw deer and turkeys along the way!

We did the lower Emerald pool, Upper Emerald pool and on the way back took the Grotto Trail. The view is really good from the Grotto trail. It was the sunset time and the rock was glowing with the reddish color. The Lower Emerald pool falls was visible from this trail.

Enjoyable easy hike.

Very easy hike, I'd recommend as a warm up for one of the longer ones. It is mostly flat and there's not much to look at. Part of it goes pretty close by the road, so I guess you can look at cars driving by. We were hoping that with the name Grotto Trail there'd be some, you know, grottos. Nope.

Combined this trail with the Emerald pools loop. Very scenic and some shade through the trees as you follow the river to the Zion lodge. Ate lunch overlooking the lawn in front of the lodge. Very peaceful. Extremetly large trees!! Lots of deer
