It was a good hike. they are doing work on the trail building a new bridge looking good. A lot of mountain bikes on the trail I found them to be very courteous as were the other hikers I met on the trail.

I hike this trail first every late spring. Good hike to prep your legs for more strenuous hikes and beautiful!. A nice mix of sun and shady areas. Popular trail with nice people along the way.

Fun hike. The first mile is the steepest so the rest of the hike is just pleasant and fun. Much of it is in shade in the morning. lots of bikers on the trail but everyone is accommodating and friendly.

While this was a really unique hike; lots of cool sites, the little teepee poles, great views of the valley, the amount of bikers made it hard to enjoy. I was with my kids, so we counted 40 bikers and we only made it about halfway through the trail. You're having to pause every few minutes to let another biker go past. We even saw( and heard) a couple people with dirt bikes. I don't think we'll be doing this one again.

I hike/ bike this trail multiple times a year, have been since I was young. Great trail with a steady climb once you get past the switchbacks. Gets a little busy sometimes, beautiful regardless. I usually just go to the rock and back.

Great trail for single track motorcycle riding keep a look out for mountain bikers they will probably yell at you for being here even though it's perfectly legal for motorcycles to be on this trail.
