East Mountain is the high point of Emery County in Utah. This makes it a popular destination for High Pointers and Peak-Bagers. The view from the top is wonderful - you can see much of the Manti National Forest.

The trail was hit and miss. Most the time, I’m sure we were on an animal trail. Very difficult, but worth it. We went up the face, and down the back side. We found a little waterfall on our way up.
