Dry Canyon Trail is a 10.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Springville, Utah that features a great forest setting and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until November. Dogs and horses are also able to use this trail.

The trail starts at the gate and follows a creek bed up the canyon. After about a half mile the trail forks. the left is Dry Canyon Trail. The trail slopes gently up through scrub oak, aspen, cottonwood, and Douglas Fir. We got off trail towards the end and ended up on private property, but we will go back in a week or two to do the last part of the trail. The trail was gorgeous. The only drawback was that we ran into four snakes, yuck. Bring a hat and sunscreen. This is definitely a great trail that we will return to.
