Covered Wagon Natural Bridge Trail is a 0.2 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Escalante, Utah that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

A short hike to an nice Natural Bridge

Short steep trail (not bad), which goes to covered wagon bridge. It's not spectacular and you can walk under and on top of it. What's was cool was: Keep walking around the trail from the bridge, say 50 to 75 yds (on level ground) and there is a very cool subway carved alcove that's perhaps 100" around (it's a half circle that makes it seem like a large cave--it's not dark or anything). Kids would love it. No one for miles around when we went there.
