I hiked this in October.
A beautiful, invigorating trail! I didn't rock climb, just hiked without special gear. If you keep moving up, you are rewarded with amazing down canyon views and the backdrop of the opposite canyon wall is gorgeous. The trail is very steep (and much higher than the listed 240') with lots and lots of rock scrambles, and I lost the trail for a bit on the way down. Spent less than an hour hiking up to the first major obstacle (a large boulder). Thankfully, someone was kind enough to provide a rope to help you up and over (picture uploaded). Climb up the right side. Once up, I didn't have enough time to see how high I could go above that, but it appears to go up a good ways beyond that. A gorgeous, very enjoyable trail.
Planning on a repeat of this trail!
