We were driving by and decided to stop and take a look since this was a short easy hike. The trail is well marked and there are signs along it to point out different types of plants. There are a few benches along it also. The ruins can be seen from a fenced observation point. It would have been nice to find a way over to the ruins, but we decided not to try. The caves were still impressive from a distance and the rock bridge was neat. There were a few people heading off the trail when we arrived and we saw two people across the canyon at the ruins, but it wasn’t crowed. There really wasn’t any shade, but at least it was a short hike back.

Considering how short it is, it’s a pretty cool thing to see if you’re in the area. Totally worth it.

Easily accessible and well-maintained. Neat view if you don’t have much time and want to still experience a sacred ancestral site. Visited during the winter so was no other traffic. Unsure how busy it would be during more traditional hiking season.

Surprising that there aren't more reviews for this short hike, as I am sure it is very heavily trafficked. The trailhead is very well marked off of Hwy 95 -- there are signs for the turnoff .2 miles in advance from either direction. The trailhead has lots of parking and a toilet. This is a brief hike without much elevation gain, which brings you to a fenced off viewpoint where you can see the impressive ruins across the canyon. There are some interpretive signs for the flora along the way that were reasonably interesting.
