it's hard to see the beauty at the beginning but it gets better every time.

Awesome hike! The Narrows were amazing, except for the last quarter of a mile... which was filled with water..

Fun trail. A bit long getting to the NP sign & gate but gets better quickly & continues to offer beautiful views & moderate scrambling challenges. A great first slot canyon experience.

Nice introduction to slot canyon hiking with a few impasses where moderate scrambling skills are required. Follow single track instead of wash to save on distance. The trail gets much more enjoyable beyond the first scramble boulder obstacle. Well worth the effort and quite enjoyable. Bring bug spray for the flats and of course plenty of water.
