Beautiful trail. It was really easy with some really pretty walks through the aspens. It ends at another trail so you can make it longer if you want. We even saw some black bear scat on the side of the trail! Parking at the entrance was a little confusing because some campers tried to tell us we couldn’t park there, but overall it was fine.

Gorgeous little hike. The lake just before the trailhead is fun to play in too. So many beautiful wildflowers and a delicious meadow at the 127 trail marker. Great for kids, dogs and moms. We went on a Tuesday and saw no one on the trail. You can see a lot of the wildfire aftermath from 2018 on the drive up and a little bit on the trail itself but it looks like the majority of this place was unscathed. Beautiful as can be.

Moderately easy, delightful little trail starting at group camp sites at end of Box Lake and heading up through lush aspens then on to open meadows and connecting to the Jones Ranch trail.

Beautiful and partially shaded, lots of green and flowers. Lake is at start of trail, not end destination. Kids did well, very low traffic

Trail starts from Group campsite B. It climbs gradually gradually through aspens for a mile until the junction with the Jones Creek Trail. Saw a herd
