Bonneville Shoreline, Anns, Maple Hollow North and Eagle Crest Trail is a 10.4 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Draper, Utah that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
I took the wrong path at first and went straight up. The view on the very top was gorgeous, but the way up there was extremely steep. The trail is absolutely amazing!!! Not a lot of people
I think this hike was more easy than moderate. Make sure to have sunblock!
This trail has great views of the valley. Dog friendly but the trail is very narrow and there are quite a few bikers to watch out for.
Park at the air park at the south end of the neighborhood. If you head south (right), the trail only goes for about a half mile before dead-ending at the Geneva construction rock quarry. If you head left at the trail head, you will head behind a neighborhood for about a mile before heading towards the canyon. This portion of bonneville shoreline is very similar to the portion in Orem/Provo. It is very runable and convenient. I believe this is the same trail as the “steep mountain trail” also listed on alltrails, just with different entry points. This trail head is easier to find and alltrails will take you right there. The Steep Mountain entry vaguely takes you to a “neighborhood access trail” that is difficult to spot, though it knock between .25 and 1 mile off depending on which neighborhood access point you take.
