From Heber City, take US Highway 40 east 69 miles to Duchesne. Then take SR 87 north 14 miles to Mountain Home. Follow Moon Lake Road north 4 miles to where Yellowstone River Road Intersects on the east side. From this point, follow Yellowstone River Road another 4 miles to Hell's Canyon Road. From the Center Park-Swift Creek junction, follow the Yellowstone River Road northeast about 3 miles to a four-wheel-drive road (#119) that winds southeast then east about 5 miles to Jackson Park Road (#120). About 3 miles northwest of Jackson Park Road, it turn into a rough jeep road. The Dry Gulch trail-head is 2 miles east of the Jackson Park Road turnoff to Dry Gulch Road (#122) and another 4 miles to Dry Gulch trail-head
