Great hike. Golden wall section is muddy where snow is melting. When you get to the “loop” - stay to the right side. Since it’s in the sun, the trail is dry. Would recommend taking that half of the loop and back instead of going on the full loop.

Needed crampons. A little scary up around the castle. Forgot to turn it off.

The I had some extra time after finishing Bryce early and decided to give this trail a shot, and am so glad I did! The Pink Ledges section was a great hike, and Golden Wall had a spectacular view looking out over the mountains. It isn’t marked very well, and I lost the trail a few times, but it wasn’t too hard to get back on track

Really beautiful hikes in Red Canyon (12 Miles from Bryce) - snow in parts of trail, but easy to follow frozen footsteps. Not many people - more on the Hoodoo and Pink Ledges side. Such beautiful country. Light continuously changing gives great beauty. Visitor Station closed but the trails are easily accessible with good signage

I started with the Photo and Birdseye trails which were Ok and headed south on Golden Wall trail. Stay to left and follow the Castle Bridge trail as it’s more scenic. The rest of the loop was stunning and I only saw 2 couples the entire hike. I’d rate this as nice as anything in Bryce and with far fewer people!

AMAZING hike! Very fun with beautiful views and not busy at all. We decided to extend to the whole golden wall trail up to the campgrounds what makes to be around 7 miles. But it was totally worth it! Do it! The puppy also had a blast!

A hidden stash of hoodoos and red cliffs. Take advantage of this sweet area before 11qm if possible. I arrived in the parking lot at 9am and there was nobody else there. I took in a sunrise hike in Bryce and made it here for this combo hike. Don’t be lured into sticking to the area behind the visitor center. There is magic up in the hills of Golden Wall/buckhorn. Totally enjoyable, but steeper than expected if you keep to the left on your way up to complete the Golden Wall loop! Worth the effort.

Definitely recommend doing the Castle Bridge part of the trail. The views at the top were the best. The trail North of the parking lot was real cool too. We didn’t make it to the smaller northeastern trail.

Beautiful trail, and very few people on it. Highly recommended—especially if looking for a dog-friendly alternative to Bryce Canyon trails.

Beautiful views in Red Canyon! With the Bryce closure this week we expected to see more people in other trails, but it was nearly deserted. Great hike for families with kids...scenic but not very strenuous.

This is a fantastic place which I'm afraid way too many people zoom by on their way to Bryce. This is a series of connected trails where you get up close to the beautiful red rock. Do not miss this if you're in the area.

Great hike. Amazing scenery and views. Pink Ledges and Birdseye are easy to hike. I snowshoed Golden Wall. There is a good trodden path to follow and can be done without snowshoes. The return loop path on the West side had not been used. I did it easily with my snowshoes.

Quick little hike after doing the Golden Wall. Easy close to the road, a bit anticlimactic after Golden Wall.

Birdseye & Pink Ledges are two beautiful short trails. Golden walls trail was not in good shape due to washouts caused by heavy rain few weeks before. The view there isn‘t that great.
