I would rate this trail as very difficult. It’s basically straight up for a mile. Beautiful, but tough. Didn’t see another person.

Hiked this as our out and back access to the Timpooneke-Chris Flat area which made for a nice loop. Beautiful up top. It made the hike worth it. The lower switchbacks of this trail are a little steep with lots of smooth, slippery rocks due to the dirt bike traffic so it can get a little sketch.

Had a great time. My nephew & I hiked up & down in a little under 3 hours. Ice & snow for half the trail but manageable.

Hiked as part of a 9 miles loop including the Pine Hollow trail, Ridge Trail to Summit Trail head and then the Horse Flat Trail, Snow Gauging trail, Salamander Flat Trail and Bear Hollow Trail to Mutual Dell. The Last section back to the car was on the Mutual Dell Connector trail. Very nice loop on easy to follow trails with spectacular view of all of the Mountains

An easy joke the leads to three not so easy team building obstacles! Wall climb, escape the prison camp! Spider web, mine wore look out! And the tight rope, lava!!! Serious though a great time no matter what :)
