Nice easy hike with kids. Trail is in good condition. You need to keep an ear out for people on mountain bikes. Beautiful views and flowers/trees.

This is primarily a mountain bikers paradise so be prepared to step to the side plenty. I did four miles out and back but not sure there is a really stopping point in this trail. Nice views of the valley. Some good shade in spots and mild inclines.

Beautiful views of the valley but I would say that this trail is primarily a biking trail and not so good for hikers. We were there on a Saturday and had to get out of the way for bikers many times. So make sure you listen for them coming. We saw about three hikers and probably 25+ bikers.
