Woodway Trail is a 2.4 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Woodway, Texas that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
Trails could be better marked as they twist and loop around and back a lot. Terrain was nice though with lots to see and birds all around!
Nice easy paths
This is an okay trail if you just want to get it in. There's quite a few elevation changes and switchbacks, but there's quite a bit of trash along the trail which takes away from the scenery of the hike.
Nice shaded trail. I place it between easy and moderate. Used hiking stick during parts of the hike. Plenty of water along the trail for my puppy Bruno.
There were several places that are trashed up along the trail which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
The trail is incredibly overgrown and washed out in certain parts.
Fun to use we camp at the midway park
Has 4.5 mi of good trails it does go both ways our direction
There is some trails that are not usual usable because of Highwater been working on the top part
some new trails have been added, it's about 4mil now a nice place to raided for a short ride
Tight, twisty and mostly shaded singletrack. Lots of fun. Watch out for hikers.
