An easy trail, paved and gravel. Armadillos, deer, plant identification markers all great to see. Lots of traffic noise and definitely not a place to go to feel like you're getting away from the city, but a good walk and great park.

Love this trail as it is perfect for a stroller. I guess my only complaint is the amount of dog poo everywhere left in bags at the edge of the trail. This morning someone just LEFT there dog poo right in the middle of the trail. Why are no bins provided here?

Great path for running, flat and good footing. Nice, clear, wide paths. Only complaint is that it is close to a main road (so it can be noisy) but I still saw a baby deer!

Nice easy and level walk. Saw many deer that were very close to the path throughout.

This was a very nice trail to jog. All the trails were very well laid out and easy to follow. I give this three stars, not because there is anything at all wrong with this trail...they’re just was nothing special or extravagant about it. I would definitely do it again. There was plenty of shade which came in handy since I ran this at 1800 in 96° weather.

LOVE this park/trail. Ran this all the time last spring. Paved trail for the most part, very scenic, dog friendly. Deer are everywhere. Watch for the occasional snake. Huge kudos to the people who maintain this place. Dog parks are the best around as well :)

Great park to get out and enjoy some nature. The park and trails are well kept and clean. Being new to San Antonio I wanted to get out with my wife and enjoy a good walk. Plenty of trials and paths to take and just enjoy being outside.

It needs to be better marked.

The trails are pretty shady. Part of the Salado Greenway runs behind a neighborhood. The park is very safe, but the trails aren't challenging at all. Most trails are paved and pretty flat. Despite the lack of challenge, there are drifting some beautiful sitting spots in the trails. The park manager does a great job at keeping the facilities and trails maintained. There are several entrances and parking areas (one entrance off of Blanco and one off if Wurzbach). So all in all, easy flat trail, but nice upkeep, parking, and safety.

So far this is my favorite trail in the San Antonio area. This is a trail runners dream. Part of the trail is paved, the rest is crushed granite and it is mostly shaded by Oak trees, so it is really nice in the evening. I shared the trail with many deer along the route. They have the neatest plant notification system I've seen used.

Nice trails. A little rocky at some points but nice for a beginner. To get a longer ride-go under Huebner-the trail extends another 2 miles.

This is a very nice new park/ hiking trail-- make sure that you stay on the planned heavily trailed areas or you can end up in the middle of some brush on a tiny trail that ends to no where with apparent homeless person camp out area. This trail also has a huge dog park attached to it
