Short nature walk with birding views
Short trail. It can have a stench from the water plant, but go after a rain and it isn't strong. Take some time to admire the birds because there are so many in this area.
Nice, short stroll. Beautiful fowl wildlife. The smell is horrible though.
Nice views of Oso Bay across from the TAMU-CC campus. Bring binoculars for shorebirds at end of the boardwalk.
Nice wide trail. I took my 3 year old. It's a little long for her. We'll bring the stroller next time.
Wide trails with canopy of mature trees over most of the trails. Great if you want to minimize exposure to the sun. View of the water from most of the trails. Serene and quiet; except for the many, many birds, haha :-). Boardwalk leads to observation area at water’s edge. Dog walking and photo shoots are popular activities.
