To the club house at Walden. Water was rough in the lake and 10MPH wind in the face the whole time! Did see some feral hogs.

This paved path is great as a canoe launch, but pretty unexceptional as a hiking trail. It does pass by some interesting side paths to Turtle pond, complete with viewing platforms and bald cypress, the River Birch Trail and the Cypress overlook. You can use this path to intersect these trails and see some of the interesting forests and cypress sloughs found in Jesse Jones Park, any of which are better walking options than the Canoe launch path!

Mosquitos are out of hand. Take strong bug spray. Lots of trails. Nice playground in the back. Trails are a little confusing. Overall, we had a great time and will be back.
