For the first-time Shiloh Trail rider, like moi, be sure to carry a real-time map of where you are! I use the pro All Trails app without which I would still be wandering through this fantastic maze of mountain bike glory. This trail system has it all! Okay, I fell over twice, into sticker bushes both times, but no tire punctures. It is December 14 but 70 F and just super.

Really nice trail, especially for the area. Seems longer than it is. Mostly used for mountain bikes so keep an eye out behind you for riders.

Great trail biking and hiking. Would be muddy on a rainy day and recommend to wear a helmet if person chooses to bike.

Cool fairly easy trail. Some short climbs and descents. Check with bike shop near trail head if it has rained recently as it gets muddy and trails can flood. Lots of cactus and wildlife present. Portapotty at trail head/ parking lot. Bring water as in summer can be very hot
