The Santa Fe Trail spans from White Rock Lake to the edge of Deep Ellum and Fair Park. This is popular route for biking and walking that can be started at either end. While not a scenic route, this trail provides a green belt with gentle slopes and a paved path.

Decent trail cut right through the heartbeat East Dallas which leads to Deep Ellum. I would like to see a few more places to sit and rest, but that won’t stop me from riding the trail again.
