Shaded mostly. Nice tall pine trees rarely seen in area.

Simple easy trail. A little confusing as there other equestrian trails running across it, but all connected to where you end up on the loop again. Good trail for older dogs, not many steep trails to walk.

Love hiking/walking at LRR. I recorded a video showing all the walking trails at Isle Du Bois. See it here: https://youtu.be/IgWtBJZf2V0

We love this trail. It’s wooded and shady. Great for family. Tree guides along the loop. You can detour to the lake as well.
