Pileggi Trail is a 1.1 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Austin, Texas that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and nature trips.

August 22, 2020Very quiet, mostly shady, had rained this morning so a little mud, lots of green vibrant plants, some water in the low water crossings but totally manageable. I wouldn’t classify this as an easy hike, more moderate. There are lots of rocks and large branches to maneuver around. To me “easy” is like Lady Bird Lake is something, a hike you could take someone with mild mobility issues. This would not be a good trail for them. Well maintained and lovely time.
