Orange Trail is a 7.9 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Alvord, Texas that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I love this trail. Beautiful, diverse and I’ve only seen it in the winter months. I’m looking forward to spring

Hiked this trail about 5 years ago and would like to visit again. Saw plenty of signs of small wildlife such as raccoons, opossums, coyote, bobcat and deer. Most signs were seen around the watering holes which are not very common in this area.
