Wonderful Pl. for a neighborhood walk

Straight and back. Park at Northaven Church and cross Preston to start on the trail. Couple things to note when you start from here, going West to East: first half is generally downhill and you'll have more uphill challenge on the way back (Dallas hills, that is). Second thing to not is there is no shade at all on this trail. It's a good 4-5 mile training run though and you could venture off in to the surrounding neighborhood to pick up more miles.
