There was a bit of road noise but also a nice little waterfall. I would rate the trail as easy. It is pretty flat.

The main trail had many others that led off into some dense trees and steep terrain. We didn’t encounter anybody off the main trail.

Awesome little trail along 360. I've lived in this area for a long time & knew about the swimming hole on Old Spicewood Springs but never realized the trails back there. Will be back for sure.

A nice trail to walk that is shaded with easy water access. The kids loved the shallow crossings and had fun playing in the long grass. Sometimes you can hear the traffic from the road, but as you get into the trail is fades.

HikingGreat!Off trailRocky

Completed the trail 11/2020. Beautiful with diverse fall scenery and colors in the trees. Several openings to see the creek with some water falls. About midway you can run across some man made stick teepees. Very cool to see. Moderate to wide trails. Terrain can be grassy to canopy covered throughout. However as ppl before mentioned, the trails lack consistent signage and it’s easy to get lost off trail. Especially when there’s many man made trails that look like the “actual” trail due to heavy foot traffic. I’d p keep the map available to stay on course and track your hike. Very beautiful hike.

HikingGreat!

My almost 3 and almost 7 year old and I enjoyed this hike. It took us about 1:40 with breaks and snacks. Enough climbing and water to keep them interested without being too difficult.

This is a nice quote trail along side the creek. You can take a stop at the small waterfall , sit in the rocks and enjoy the weather, relax. Perfect short hike. You can spend 1.5 hours here .

Lots of off shoots from the main trail. Could spend all day here. Several dogs off leash. Some large groups but most were wearing masks.

a fun short trail! a lot of winding roads, and some restricted parts, but nothing you can't handle. I ended up going last the turnaround out of curiosity, and it just led me to a cliff

Fairly shaded but hard to keep direction considering there's multiple branch offs every couple of minutes. Gorgeous lil waterfall though with a little swimming hole at the end.

HikingRocky

With a portion of the route being slightly steep and rocky I can see how this is rated as moderated. It was a decent little hike. Doesn't seem they keep the trail maintained though. There were a lot of branches covering the viable walking area which made the first visit kind of exploratory in nature. Having said that, would recommend to beginner hikers.
