Definitely a city trail, lots of cement

In town from Denver. Ran the whole trail out and back from M1 to M14. Well groomed, pretty, and not too crowded. Seemed safe, women jogging in the evening. Too much cement for running though, 80% is cement. A pretty good trail for a city trail, but ain't no Colorado.

Parr Park has a splash pad, great playground, big open fields and is very well kept. Most of the trails are very wide and paved though there are some little loops you can take which feel more immersed in nature. It follows along a big pretty river which drowns out the interstate noise, but it's definitely not remote feeling, which can be good or bad based on what you're going for. My kiddos (4, 4, 2) loved it and especially enjoyed finding caterpillars and new-to-us wildflowers! We'll definitely go again ♡

Walking

Great longer trail for walking, trail running, and just exploring nature. Runs along Bear Creek with much of the natural green-scape marked. It has quarter mile markers. I also counted 4 different parks with jungle-gyms, and other activities. It is mostly paved with some gravel areas. Great for all ability levels and families.

Beautiful, mostly paved trail. If you go all the way to Bob Eden and back it’s about 5 miles.

Out and back trail that is part of a much longer trail. Reasonably flat and includes additional fitness activities if you so choose. Excellent hike and good for all age groups and fitness levels.

Great walking trail, runs into Bob Edan park for some extra mileage for runners or walkers, very light foot traffic in the mornings.

Nice little urban hike. It's not very well marked and there are several options for trails but it was fun to wonder around for awhile. Scenery is pretty. Lots of walkers and families since the trail connects several parks.

Perfect park within the city of Euless for a quick walk\run. There is a dog park within the Village of Bear Creek portion of the trail.
