Good trail. Good range of between well established gravel trail and barely blazed dirt path. There are very nice benches at the end and distributed throughout the trail. If you go during the warm season, you will be assaulted by horseflies. They are everywhere and very aggressive. A few mud patches, but these are easily avoided by hiking around them.

The trail is well maintained. Although I would not suggest going after any type of rainfall. The trail was flooded out in quite a few places. Nothing more than ankle deep so if you do go, bring extra socks and shoes! Did come across a wild sow. And heard another running around in the bush behind her somewhere. So keep an eye out, as they are there but as long as you don't mess with it, most wild things will leave you alone.
