Juniper Riverside Trail is a 2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Canyon, Texas that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
We kinda skipped around trails. Juniper Creekside & Cliffside and the Sunflower Trail. Good, easy trails but not always well marked.
Well the dirt here is Clay so when I got to the waterpark it’s very slippery other than that nice shady pretty nice trail I thought. Well marked also which hiking alone is very helpful
One of the simpler trails at PDC; it features a nice views of scenic rock formations further in the canyon and it is one of the trails that offers an occasional reprieve from the heat with its mesquite lined entrance . You can see the water and find it if you go off trail a bit , but Paso Del Rio is the trail to go if you’re looking for water.
