Does anyone know if there is a path to the other side of the water? Spent most of the time exploring, trying to cross so I hiked through a lot of the sand. Pretty scenery, got rained though. Would like to go back walk the actual trail.

Very easy and beautiful park. the length of the trail is short thus good got family and small kids. I was just there early November , it is very scenic and the weather is wonderful for a quick 1 hour walk.

Beautiful trail, currently wet conditions with lots of standing puddles after last nights rains. Few people out today and saw numerous deer. The cypress boardwalk area is a true hidden gem, some of the cypress trees are old growth and truly majestic.

Very nicely kept park. Lots of little trails that branch off the paved paths. A good bit of it is in full sun, so bring a water.... nice quiet afternoon walk.

It was a beautiful trail. You can pick up a map at the nature center and look around before you hit the trail. The trails are marked and there are some board walks on one of the trails with some great scenery.

Nice well maintained small park. You can also, take a paved bike path (Spring Creek) for a 13.6 mile ride all the up to Dennis Johnston Park up in Spring. It's 11.4 miles to Pundt Park and another 2.2 miles to Dennis Johnston Park. Good luck n have fun ☺

Nice park with a nature center, covered pavilions and several paved trails. Planning on coming back to see more trails and visit the homestead that was closed while we were there.
