Port Jefferson History and Nature Center Trails is a 1.1 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Jefferson, Texas that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, trail running, and nature trips and is accessible year-round.

Short and once you get into woods on bridge it kinda got creepy. But loved all the information plaques.

A little flooded right now, but it’ll recede soon. The boardwalk isn’t accessible by way of the bridge, but is still accessible through the picnics area behind the courthouse. The flooding won’t last long.
