This was a beautiful trail. However there are a few trails out there and the only indicators are white markers. The trail signs for this one got us off track by not taking a turn because we kept following the white trail marker. If you take the wooded part of the trail first then when you come up to a large hill with a fork in the trail, take the left to keep following. If you take the road part of the trail first, when you are passing the large hill and come to a fork in the trail, take a right. Overall the trails are moderately worn so you can tell where they keep going but the wooded area has tall grasses in many spots that are touching you when you walk. Wear long pants if you don't want to find a tick on your leg later. We went after 3 large storms had come through during the weeks before with the last one that came through 3days before so it was quite muddy. Hiking shoes with good traction and that were water-proof helped in several spots.
