A very fun trail Close to Dallas Metro Plex and had a surprising amount of up/down climbs that were not long but steep. Looks like scouts over the years have put in railroad ties and walkway bridges over streams. Nice touch to keep it interesting. Views of lake are nice and some great north Texas rural terrain and views. Only downside is that you can hear the nearby highway from everywhere so you lose some of the "out in the wilderness" feel. But definitely recommend.
